MEMORANDUM

TO: Designated Agency Ethics Officials

FROM: Barbara A. Mullen-Roth Associate Director for Education

SUBJECT: Ordering Information for OGE's New Training Videos: "Ethics Inquiry"

The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) is pleased to announce the availability of a new training videotape, "Ethics Inquiry." This video, which was premiered at the annual ethics conference in September, is a 45-minute news magazine video. News anchors in Los Angeles and New York host four reporters each providing an in-depth look at different ethics topics. Each reporter brings a unique approach to the topics of their stories that you will find educational, interesting and a bit entertaining. Topics include: Gifts from Outside Sources, Gifts Between Employees, Conflicting Financial Interests and Impartiality.

INFOCUS in Herndon, Virginia will be the distributor for VHS copies of "Ethics Inquiry." Depending on the total volume, the tapes are estimated to cost between $2.50 and $3.75 each plus postage and handling. Postage and handling charges will depend on the method of shipment chosen and the number of tapes ordered. (See attached form.)

Although OGE will collect the order forms, INFOCUS, will bill you directly and payment must be made directly to INFOCUS. Please do not send payments to OGE. INFOCUS has agreed to accept payment in the form of checks, money orders, credit cards, or purchase orders. Any other form of payment is not acceptable. INFOCUS will ship your order directly, by either U.S. Postal Service first class mail, UPS, or Federal Express. Delivery is expected to take five to seven business days. You may also pick up your orders directly from INFOCUS at 341 Victory Drive, Herndon, Virginia.

Please complete the attached order form and forward to OGE via fax (202-208-8039) by Monday, December 2, 1996. If you have any questions or concerns regarding ordering tapes, please contact Angelique Ewell, 202-208-8000, extension 1111.
