           Agency Ethics Training Officials

SUBJECT:   Ethics Trainers' Partnership Program

     Due to unavoidably heavy year-end work and ethics training
schedules, the Program Task Force is canceling the Partnership
program previously scheduled for October 17.

     Please be watching for the announcement of the program in
January 1996.
