SUBJECT:  Publication of The Ethics CD


     The U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) is pleased to
announce the publication of The Ethics CD.  This CD-ROM contains a
collection of Federal executive branch ethics laws, executive
orders, regulations, advisory opinions, and ethics program
administration aids, including OGE publications Take The High Road,
Do It Right, the SF450 Review Guide, and Public Financial
Disclosure: A Reviewer's Reference. 

     As previously promised to our 1993 Ethics Conference
participants, copies are being mailed to them or their sponsoring
agency. Additional copies of The Ethics CD are available through
the Superintendent of Documents at a cost of $28.00. The GPO stock
number is 052-003-01337-1.

     The Ethics CD will be updated on a periodic basis with the
first update scheduled for this April. Since we planned this to be
a dynamic publication, we welcome your suggestions as to how we can
improve its content. If you have any questions or suggestions,
