SUBJECT:  1994 Pre-Ethics Conference Survey 


     The 1994 Conference Committee needs your input to effectively
plan this year's ethics conference.  As you may know, the
conference is scheduled for September 12-14, 1994 at the Baltimore
Marriott Inner Harbor.

     Please complete the attached 1994 Pre-Ethics Conference Survey
and fax it to Sheila Powers, Conference Coordinator, at 202/523-
6325 no later than Thursday, February 24, 1994.  The survey should
take no more than five minutes to complete.
