MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT:  Identifying Ethics Training Materials


     As part of the establishment of the Office of Government
Ethics (OGE) ethics resource center, we are in the process of
developing a master listing of ethics training materials that have
been developed by executive branch agencies.  A copy of the initial
master listing will be provided to all agencies.  We plan to update
this listing as new materials are developed and sent to OGE.  We
will also publish general information on available materials
quarterly through the OGE Newsgram.

     In an effort to complete the master listing, we ask that each
agency send a description of the training materials it has
developed and would like included on the master listing.  The
description should include the type of product (i.e. overhead
slide, discussion outline, video tape), target audience, and
intended use.  Additionally, please provide a point of contact for
agencies interested in obtaining copies of the materials and for
answering questions.

     OGE would also like a hard copy of the training materials
included on the master listing for its ethics resource center.  If
