ACSI Web Survey User Group Meets September 26
Larry Freed, President, ForeSee Results, Ann Arbor, MI, will give an update on the third quarter ACSI E-Government Satisfaction Index results and trends at a meeting of the ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) Web Survey User Group on September 26.
The Group, sponsored by Treasury’s Federal Consulting Group, will meet from 9:30 a.m. – noon at a new location for this time only, the American Institute of Architects, 1735 New York Ave, NW (Metro directions below). Ron Oberbillig, FCG Chief Operating Officer, will host the meeting.
The meeting is open to any federal employee or federally-sponsored contractor interested in the ACSI. Anyone planning to attend should respond to Brendan Jinnohara at Brendan.Jinnohara@ots.treas.gov.
In addition to the latest Index scores, a panel will address a variety of ways the ACSI Web survey is bringing strategic value to agencies and websites,” Oberbillig said. “These include providing direction for usability studies and re-launch plans, identifying incremental changes that have a large impact on satisfaction, and uncovering issues or problems that need to be addressed.”
Sheila Campbell, with GSA’s FirstGov.gov, will give an update from the Web Content Managers’ Forum.
The Federal Consulting Group, a fee-for-service franchise in the Department of the Treasury, works with federal agencies to transform public service. FCG collaborates with senior leaders to create a citizen-centered, results-oriented government and facilitates the sharing of best practices from both the private and public sectors.
