The 2002 National Transportation Availability and Use Survey was designed to identify the impact of transportation on the work and social lives of people with disabilities, and the extent to which such impact is unique to that population. This report summarizes the survey findings and serves as an information resource for transportation planners and policy makers to use when developing national, state, and local policies and programs for people with disabilities.
