Dear Sir or Madam:

In accordance to your requirements of your codes 35 U.S.C. 297 and 37 C.F.R. 4.4 we are supplying a written response to a complaint to your office from a previous client of ours, Mr. Gerald Wilcox.
Mr. Wilcox employed our services several years ago (June12, 2006) to prepare written descriptive material about his Toboggan and to present that material to prospective manufacturers. Whether or not a manufacturer becomes interested in a product is entirely up to them and the product. There is no way we can force a company to license someone’s patent.
We presented Mr. Wilcox’s toboggan to 72 different companies, in the Sporting Goods lines to toboggans, sleds and snowboards. We also supplied him with all the names and addresses of these companies at the time of each submission. One company did show initial interest but then declined. Unfortunately, there were no other positive replies.

While we can understand his disappointment in the lack of responses from the manufacturers and this sometimes happens it is not something anyone can predict in advance.

We have fully complied with the terms of the Employment Agreement he signed with us (see enclosed). Our services are clearly defined in our Booklet, Employment Agreement and online website. Our literature is also enclosed for your review.

Since this time, Mr. Wilcox has repeatedly (hundreds of times) harassed our company and all employees, including the Better Business Bureau and other agencies. Our attorney, local authorities and phone company have given us instructions to follow regarding this harassment.

There is no validity to his claims and these agencies have not determined any wrong doing on our part.

We, of course, have all records to support these statements. Should you require any further information or documentation, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly.

Very truly yours,

/s/ Karen J. Smith
Vice President
