Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:

The company (Invention Submission Corporation) deceived me and misrepresented their services. They did not market my product like they said they would and they did not disclose the names and addresses of the companies they sent my invention information to. They told me a patent search was not necessary but said they did a patent search. I never received proof of a patent search. The company provided me with a computer-generated book of outdated information alleging that my product was marketable. They made me think my product was marketable but when I changed my mind and asked to cancel my contract because the results were going nowhere and I lacked the finances to fund the project, Mr.redacted told me it was impossible. Mr. redacted pretended to act like his company, Invention Submission Corp. was not affiliated with the finance. Mr. redacted advised me ask for a lesser payment based on my financial situation but do not disclose to the finance company that he had advised me to do that. During my dissatisfaction with Invention Submission Corp., I spoke to Mr. redacted and Mr. redacted regarding my complaints (on several occasions). Additional complaints can be verified on the www.ftc.gov website.
