WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?

Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: Post card came in the mail. I didn’t send for it but I submitted with confidentiality on sketches and notes

Invention promotion service offered to be performed: Market data, patent research, first contract, second contract was a contingency product design, sample, rendering provisional patent, complete presentation towards target manufacture

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: The patent research was the only thing that was good unless it was incomplete. Rory McGinnis was my agent with Davison. We had a lot of phone conversations and encouragements. He said my machine was unique. What was supposed to be 15 weeks then 18 weeks turned out to be a lot longer. But before anything another agent called me and told me he was taking over the project. Tony got terminated for personal reasons. His name was John Brenza. We had a few conversations about my idea and when I should get my virtual reality rendering but I still felt uneasy about the first agent and asked many times about him. The second agent wouldn’t comment much about the first. We lacked a lot of communication. Finally, the rendering came. I was totally shocked and insulted. Brenza and I clashed then VP Tony Valkanas took over the project and offered another product design in about 3 weeks. Still feeling uneasy about the first agent I called Davison. I asked for Rory McGinnis and was told he was no longer employed there. I made several jesters towards Rory and my sketches and personal notes. Tony said he had everything. Now to sum everything up I have in hand a letter from George M. Davison informing me of the targeted MFG. I also have in hand contracts offered by Davison and Designs where I signed. I also filled out a copy of the confidentiality agreement. The 2nd virtual rendering came still no comparison. I rejected it. Tony got all bent out of shape. The first rendering was a swim bench, the 2nd was a swim bench, that’s what they called it. Mine was a therapeutic swim machine with rehabilitating features. Tony called and left a message that he might have something I might be interested in.

I haven’t heard his proposal yet at this time and plus Rory McGinnis is back. It’s amazing how you can tell a con from the way a person conducts himself. I personally believe, if not Davison, someone it out to steal my idea. If so I hope my letter will link back to the culprits. There is still a lot to be told.
After filling out the complaint form sent to me from the USPTO, I’ve read the public notice about Davison’s bogus invention promotion claim and the court order Reddress for consumers of $26 million. I thought I would include this letter of how I was lured to Davison. The first time I ever spoke to Rory McGinnis he told me of all the different places that could use my machine really built me up. Rory is or was director of new products. Then he told me sometime later that my machine was so unique. It really bothers me that these people have totally insulted my machine and send a product design called a virtual reality rendering. I told this Tony Valkanas once they sent me the second rendering. He is VP of new products that of my rendering is not just exactly like what I submitted to them then I wouldn’t accept any more renderings. This was in August 22, 2006. One of my attorneys told me I might be able to put these people out of business and even an agent told me this from the USPTO. This is my goal. In conclusion it took from January 6, 2006 to August 22, 2006 for the professional design team to get the virtual reality rendering complete and sent out to me.
