On December 21, 2001, the President signed the Homeless Veterans Comprehensive Assistance Act of 2001, Public Law 107-95. Section 2022 of Public Law 107-95 stated "The Secretary shall carry out an outreach program to provide information to homeless veterans and veterans at risk of homelessness."

This web site is intended to provide general information on benefits and services available to eligible veterans from the Department of Veterans Affairs who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
