The NBC and Momentum Financials

Momentum Financials® is CGI Federal's accounting software designed specifically for use in federal agencies. Momentum Financials is a web-based, multi-tier enterprise solution that is fully compliant with FSIO core accounting requirements and has been implemented at over 20 federal agencies. Momentum Financials offers modules that can be chosen based on the needs of individual agencies. Modules include, but are not limited to: General Ledger, Acquisitions, Purchasing, Budget Formulation, Budget Execution, Receivables, Collections, Payables, Planning, Disbursements, Cost Allocation, Fixed Assets, Workflow, Project Cost Accounting and External Reporting.

Momentum's open systems architecture supports dynamic interoperability with other federal systems, so reports and financial information can flow freely throughout the entire agency enterprise, enhancing your control.

The NBC offers Momentum Financials to federal agencies through a cross-servicing agreement. The NBC has a successful track record of implementing financial systems in both large and small agencies. NBC staff consists of systems accountants, operating accountants, computer specialists and developers with a range of experience in public sector financial operations. NBC offers full application service provider capabilities as well, so agencies can outsource their entire financial system migration.
