SUBJECT:  "Ethics: Know the Code"


     It has come to our attention that the Office of Government
Ethics' video, "Ethics: Know the Code," was not, initially, 
properly closed captioned.  The affected videos were produced and
delivered prior to May 26, 2000.  Agencies who submitted orders and
received copies of this video prior to May 26, 2000 will receive a
replacement for each video ordered that will be properly closed
captioned.  There is no need to fill out a new order form and there
will be no charge for the replacement videos.  Videos ordered on or
after May 26, 2000 are properly closed captioned.

     The corrected replacement videos are expected to be shipped
during the week of July 10, 2000.  These videos will be sent from
Waveworks, 900 2nd Street, NE., Suite 309, Washington, DC 20002.
