SUBJECT:  Publication of Revised Ethics Pamphlet


     The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) is pleased to announce
the republication of the ethics pamphlet for executive branch
employees, entitled:  "A Brief Wrap on Ethics."  The pamphlet,
which has been slightly revised and updated, is intended to provide
a brief overview of the rules of ethical conduct that all employees
are required to follow, with basic narrative and illustrative
practical examples.

     Anticipating a broad demand for this pamphlet, OGE has reached
an agreement with the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) to
allow agencies to ride OGE's requisition.  If you wish to ride
OGE's order, an SF 1, Printing and Binding Requisition Form, should
be sent to GPO no later than August 31, 2000.  Please include with
your order the GPO Jacket Number 468-798, and the full title of the
pamphlet -- "A Brief Wrap on Ethics."  GPO's address and fax number

     The cost for the pamphlet will be determined on the basis of
the number of print jobs requested.  The last printing cost was
