SUBJECT:  OGE Videotape:  "Public Financial Disclosure:  A Closer
          Look"


     The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) has recently completed
a videotape titled "Public Financial Disclosure:  A Closer Look." 
This 15-minute videotape explores the need for high level executive
branch officials to file a public financial disclosure report and
emphasizes the importance of completing the report accurately and
completely.

     Copies of the videotape (in VHS format) will be distributed by
the National Technical Information Service (NTIS), 5285 Port Royal
Road, Springfield, Virginia 22161.  The price of the videotape will
be $40.00 plus $4.00 shipping and handling ($44.00).  However, if
you place your order prior to October 1, 1995, you can take
advantage of a one-time pre-sale price of $30.00 plus $4.00
shipping and handling ($34.00).
