SUBJECT:  Ethics Trainers' Partnership Meeting


     The Ethics Trainers' Partnership is holding its quarterly
meeting on July 18, 1995, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the RTC
Amphitheater, 801 17th Street, NW., Washington, DC featuring:

                 The Ethics Training Summer Film Festival 

     The film festival will spotlight the following three new
ethics training videos:

                     "SF 450:  Color It Confidential" 
                        (Defense Logistics Agency)

     "The Ethical Choice:  Ethics for Special Government Employees"  
                       (Office of Government Ethics)

               "Public Financial Disclosure:  A Closer Look"
                       (Office of Government Ethics)

     A flier announcing the meeting is attached.  Please make
copies and post in areas where ethics trainers will be reminded
to attend.  You do not need to register for the meeting.  If you
