SUBJECT:  Ethics Trainers' Partnership Meeting


     The Ethics Trainers' Partnership is holding its quarterly
meeting on April 18, 1995, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon at the RTC
Amphitheater, 801 17th Street, NW., Washington, DC.

     The topic this quarter is:

                   The Changing Face of Ethics Training

     This meeting will focus on three areas: 1) an update on the
1995 Annual Ethics Training via satellite, 2) results of the needs
assessment committee questionnaire, and 3) discussion of the ethics
training regulation.

     A flier announcing the meeting is attached.  Please make
copies and post in areas where ethics trainers will be reminded to
attend.  You do not need to register for the meeting. If you have
