Mullen-Roth Associate Director for Education SUBJECT: Ethics Workshops - Washington, DC The U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) will conduct identical 4-hour Ethics Training Workshops in Washington, DC on the following dates: March 29 May 10 July 20 March 30 May 11 July 21 These workshops are designed for ethics officials familiar with the standards of conduct regulations and the conflict of interest statutes, particularly those who provide ethics counseling. New hands-on exercises challenge participants to analyze and apply the standards of conduct provisions and conflict of interest statutory elements. The workshops are FREE to each agency. However, advance registration is required. Each person planning to attend MUST register by faxing a completed registration form to OGE at least two weeks prior to the scheduled workshop. Registration will be handled on a first-come basis and class size will be limited to 40 participants. NO TELEPHONE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Registration forms are attached. Please note that this training is targeted at agency officials who have Government ethics responsibilities; it is NOT to be used by agencies in fulfilling their annual training requirements for employees.
