SUBJECT:  OGE Videotape:  "The Ethical Choice:  Ethics for Special
          Government Employees"


     The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) has recently completed
a videotape titled "The Ethical Choice:  Ethics for Special
Government Employees."  This videotape follows three Special
Government Employees (SGE) through many of the ethical hurdles they
face in the course of their Government service.  While the
videotape focuses on SGEs, it also addresses many of the rules
applicable to all executive branch employees.

     Copies of the videotape (in VHS format) will be distributed by
the National Technical Information Service (NTIS), 5285 Port Royal
Road, Springfield, Virginia 22161.  The price of the videotape will
be $45.00 plus $4.00 shipping and handling ($49.00).  However, if
you place your order prior to March 31, 1995, you can take
advantage of a one-time pre-sale price of $20.00 plus $4.00
shipping and handling ($24.00).

     Place your orders directly with NTIS by using the attached
order form or calling the telephone sales desk at 703-487-4650. 
Please identify the videotape as follows:

     NTIS will hold all pre-sale orders for the videotape (total
cost $24.00) until March 31, 1995, then place a bulk order.  You
should receive your copy(ies) of the videotape within three to four
weeks after the bulk order has been placed, around the end of
April.
