Potts Director SUBJECT: The Office of Government Ethics Biennial Report to Congress The Office of Government Ethics is required to report to Congress every two years summarizing actions taken during the previous two years and providing any other information which is appropriate. The report covering the activities of the Office from January 1, 1992 through December 31, 1993 has just been issued and a copy is attached. The report reflects the change and development which has taken place in the executive branch ethics program during this time. There have been very challenging tasks and I appreciate the cooperation and support of all agency ethics program managers and staff in realizing the goals that have been achieved.
