KENAI: New Book Features Kenai's Hiking Trails
Alaska Region, February 11, 2005
Print Friendly Version
The Alaska Natural History Association (ANHA), in association with local land management agencies, recently published a new book detailing the location, length, history, difficulty, and other useful information on the most popular hiking trails found on the Kenai Peninsula. The 64 page document features new color maps and eight of Kenai National Wildlife Refuge's trails. Also included is information on trails within Chugach National Forest, Kenai Fjords National Park, and Kachemak Bay State Park. Copies may be purchased for $7.95 each at the Refuge or other ANHA sales outlets. ANHA is a nonprofit partner of Alaska's parks, forests, refuges, and other public lands, supporting educational programs through publishing and operation of visitor center bookstores.
