Anchorage Fish & Wildlife Field Office
Established in the early 1970s, our office works to recover endangered species, restore fish and wildlife habitat, inventory and clean up environmental contaminants, and coordinate with other Federal agencies to minimize adverse effects of development in an area stretching from the Copper River Delta east of Cordova, north to the Alaska Range, and west through central and western Alaska, including the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta, Bristol Bay and Aleutian Islands.
