Federal Radiation Protection Guidance
EPA is responsible for issuing general radiation guidance to federal agencies:
- Federal Guidance Policy Recommendations, which are policy statements signed by the President and usually reflected in federal and state regulations for radiation protection of workers and the general public
- Technical Reports, which help standardize radiation dose and risk assessment methodologies.
