Mandatory Reporting of Methyl Bromide Sales

Methyl bromide sales must be reported

By February 15 of each year, all methyl bromide distributors and applicators must report their sales information for the previous year to EPA.

Why Report?

1. It’s the law.

Failure to report methyl bromide is a violation of the Clean Air Act, and EPA can take enforcement.

2. It makes more methyl bromide available for future use.
