A meeting of State highway testing engineers and chemists
gets underway at BPR headquarters, under auspices of
AASHO's Tests and Investigations Committee, to formulate
standard methods for testing road materials and to
establish safe test limits. Professor T. R. Agg of the
Iowa Highway Commission acts as chairman of the
conference, which includes BPR's B. A. Anderson
(chemist), L. G. Carmick (assistant chemist), A. T.
Goldbeck (engineer of tests), F. H. Jackson (senior
assistant testing engineer), Henry M. Milburn (chemist),
and E. B. Smith (senior assistant testing engineer).
