Volunteers are an important part of Denali National Park and Preserve. Each year we benefit from the efforts of over 300 volunteers who assist us in a variety of projects including; trail work, vegetation management, building maintenance and construction, staffing visitor centers and providing information to park visitors.

Did You Know?
Students from the Denali School Borough construct facilities for Denali National Park and Preserve. This partnership has resulted in the construction of several structures that have been used throughout the park. Students learn essential skills in building trades through this program.
