Program Benefits
EPA works with states and other stakeholders to provide specific regulatory and administrative benefits to eligible Performance Track members, such as extending the hazardous waste accumulation period and expedited permitting.

Joint Benefits with States
Performance Track coordinates with states as they develop and implement complementary performance-based programs. EPA has signed agreements with a number of states to work together on recognizing and driving environmental excellence.
