A cloudy and cool day is in store for Mother's Day. High temperatures should linger in the 60s. Southeast winds will help transport moisture into the Panhandles and possibly generate a few showers or thunderstorms. The best chance for any precipitation will occur over the eastern half of the Panhandles. Severe thunderstorms are not expected at this time.
