Fees

There is no charge to enter the visitor center or grounds of Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site.

Reservations

Reservations are requested for groups wishing to have a guided tour of the visitor center exhibits.  The school itself is an operating high school, so reservations are required to tour the school.  Please call 501-374-1957 to schedule a tour.

 

 
America The Beautiful pass

America The Beautiful - The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Annual Pass

On January 1, 2007 a new interagency pass became available. This pass replaces the National Parks Pass is is available to the general public.  The cost for the annual pass is $80.00. The new pass, authorized by Congress in 2004, combines the benefits of existing recreation passes from five federal agencies into one comprehensive pass.

A Senior pass also is available for a one-time fee of $10.00.  This is a lifetime pass for U.S. citizens or permanent residents age 62 or over.  The Access pass is free and is available for U.S. citizens or permanent residents with permanent disabilities.

Did You Know?
Central High School NHS's former visitor center was located in a restored service station across the street from the high school. The building is under renovation to become an education center. Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site
