Water Financing

The Water Protection Division administers the following funding:

Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Loan Funds
These programs provide low cost and affordable financing options for building drinking water, wastewater, and other water quality-related infrastructure. Both programs are administered at the state level.

Special Appropriation Act Projects (SAAP)
Special situations where funding is limited by law to a specific purpose or directed to a specific entity.
