Introduction
To commemorate ten years of USAID assistance in Georgia,
USAID Assistant Administrator for Europe and Eurasia travelled
to the Republic of Georgia July 25th to 27th, 2002. Coinciding
with the 10 year anniversary, Dr. Hill signed a Memorandum
of
Understanding (MOU) with Georgia's Ministry of Energy and Fuel
for future winter heating assistance and met with Georgian
President
Eduard Shevardnadze.
