05/07/09 - Governor Quinn and Illinois EPA work with key legislators to strengthen environmental Right to Know law Crestwood drinking water issue prompts proposed expansion of public notification law Springfield, IL – In response to growing public concern that some information about the Crestwood public water supply was not provided to its consumers, Governor Quinn and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency have been working with Attorney General Lisa Madigan to strengthen the existing the public right to know law.
