Federal Lands Highway Org Chart

The Federal Lands Highway (FLH) has responsibility for administering the nationwide Federal Lands Highway Program (FLHP), including transportation planning, program planning, project development, and supervision of construction. The FLH also has responsibility for administering the emergency relief program for roads off the Federal-aid system (ERFO), Defense Access Roads, for promoting the development of new technology, and for supporting the FHWA professional development programs.

Field Offices

The Federal Lands Highway field organization consists of three field division offices (Eastern, Central, and Western). These offices provide training, technology, engineering services, and products to other customers.
