Introduction to Reimbursable Services Video

GSA has heard customer feedback about RWAs (Reimbursable Work Authorizations) and has been working to improve based on what we have heard! The training course will provide the basic learning topics of :

1. What is an RWA?
2. When can you use an RWA?
3. What are the types of RWAs and how appropriations law limits when and how funds are used?

The course will cover the RWA lifecycle that highlights the reimbursable services management process from RWA acceptance through closeout. Topics include project management, financial tracking, IT systems, and customer communication. The course will also feature the new RWA billing statement and systems that help you track RWAs.
