US Fish & Wildlife Service - Journal Entry Annual coordination meeting with Arizona Game & Fish Department, Region 5 Region 2, February 14, 2006 The AESO Southern Arizona GMU held its annual coordination meeting with the Tucson office of AGFD.  Discussion centered around agency organization, recent listing actions, recent recovery actions, 5-year reviews, Safe Harbor Agreements, HCPs, the Arizona Water Rights Settlement Act, AGFD State Comprehensive Wildlife Strategy, coordination with Mexico, Biological Opinions, Pinal County conservation planning, and coordination on fire/sensitive/listed species issues.  This annual meeting allows both agencies to keep updated on each other's actions, address common issues, and meet staff.
