Electronic Filing and Online Public Disclosure Room Will Be Unavailable Due to System Maintenance September 5-7, 2008
The Department of Labor will be performing system maintenance beginning Friday evening, September 5, 2008. During this time users will not be able to electronically submit any LM 2/3/4 forms. The Online Public Disclosure Room at http://www.unionreports.gov will also be unavailable during this time.
The work is scheduled to begin Friday evening, September 5, 2008, at approximately 10:00pm EDT and will be completed by 7:00am EDT Sunday, September 7, 2008. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your patience.
