DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Theodor Wille Intertrade GmbH, Hamburg, Germany, is being awarded a $26,623,823 firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity contract for full-line food distribution. Work will be performed in Valdosta, Ga.; Knoxville, Tenn.; Bischofsheim, Germany; Munich, Germany; and Newmarket, United Kingdom and is expected to be completed by June 7, 2001. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0300-98-D-2950).

Pocono Produce Company*, Stroudsburg, Pa., is being awarded a $5,811,000 firm-fixed-price indefinite-quantity contract for full-line food distribution. Work is expected to be completed by April 8, 2001. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SP0300-97-D-2917).

NAVY

Information Spectrum, Inc., Annandale, Va.; National Technologies Associates, Inc., Lexington Park, Md.; and CCI, Inc., Alexandria, Va., are each being awarded a cost-plus-award-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity task order contract. The contracts being awarded to these three companies provide for approximately 1,279,200 hours of advisory and assistance services support for the Naval Air Systems Command's Logistics Integration Management Department. Information Spectrum, Inc., is being awarded a base year ceiling amount of $60,186,477. National Technologies Associates, Inc., is being awarded a base year ceiling amount of $58,467,786. CCI, Inc., is being awarded a base year ceiling amount of $61,982,511. Work will be performed at Patuxent River, Maryland (53%); Lakehurst, N.J.(1%); China Lake, Calif. (1%); Point Mugu, Calif. (2%); Orlando, Fla. (3%); Cherry Point, N.C. (23%); Jacksonville, Fla. (10%); and North Island, Calif. (7%) and is expected to be completed by April 2001. Contract funds in the amount of $601,000 would have expired at the end of the current fiscal year. These contracts were competitively procured by a multiple award electronic request for proposals with 66 proposals solicited and seven offers received. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity for these contracts (N00421-00-0463/0466/0467).

Hydraulics International, Inc., Chatsworth, Calif., is being awarded a $6,737,389 modification to previously awarded contract N68335-99-C-0167 to exercise an option for second generation 20mm Linkless Ammunition Loading System consisting of ammunition loaders and ammunition replenishers. This effort will satisfy the requirement for a non-powered, portable loader for flight line 20mm ammunition replenishment of F-14 and F-18 installed M61A1 gun systems. Work will be performed in Chatsworth, Calif., and is expected to be completed by December 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, N. J., is the contracting activity.

ARMY

BENECO, Sandy, Utah, was awarded on April 5, 2000,an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, firm-fixed-price contract DAKF40-00-D-0005, valued at $20,000,000, having a guaranteed minimum of $500,000; contract DAKF40-00-D-0006, valued at $35,000,000, having a guaranteed minimum of $400,000; and contract DAKF40-00-D-0007, valued at $25,000,000, having a guaranteed minimum of $500,000. The contractor will provide a broad range of maintenance repair and minor construction work on real property at Fort Bragg, N.C., Fort Drum, N.Y., and Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Ga. family housing (both on and off-post), and other government installations and facilities located throughout the three states. Work is expected to be completed by March 31, 2005. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 82 bids solicited on March 25, 2000, and 11 bids were received. The contracting office is the Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bragg, N.C.

Strata Corp., Grand Forks, N.D., is being awarded a $8,695,091 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of KC-135 apron extension at Grand Forks Air Force Base. Work will be performed at Grand Forks, N.D. and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 141 bids solicited on February 22, 2000, and two bids were received. The Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, Omaha, Nebr., is the contracting activity (DACA-45-00-C-0009).
