4d.Progress report.
This report serves to document research conducted under a specific cooperative agreement between ARS and the Uzbek Academy of Sciences. Additional details of research can be found in the report for the parent CRIS 3655-21000-037-00D, Allium, Cucumis, and Daucus Germplasm Enhancement, Genetics, and Biochemistry. Garlic collected in 2004 was grown in Wisconsin. Morphological and molecular marker evaluation was performed and demonstrated much diversity. Comparisons with known garlic collections is underway.
