...Halloween Day Climatology...

Happy Halloween

Halloween Day over the past 38 years has varied widely in weather conditions. The little ghosts and goblins that trick or treat  for goodies on the evening of October 31st have seen temperatures range from a daily high of 80 (1984) degrees to a low of 18 degrees (1993) and have braved as much as 2.42 inches of rain (2005) to gather their treats.

Overall, during the past 38 years the average high has been around 65 degrees and the average low was 46. That sounds like tolerable weather, however, during this time period it has rained nearly 43% of the time which is a little less than rain on every other Halloween.
