...Second Earthquake in 24 hours Hits Eastern Illinois...

At 4:37AM a magnitude 5.2 earthquake occurred, centered over eastern Illinois.  The epicenter was located approximately 128 miles east of St. Louis.


A second earthquake measuring a magnitude 4.6 occurred very near the same location at 10:14AM.  The epicenter of this quake was 126 miles east of St. Louis.
