...Minor Earthquake Felt in the Missouri Ozarks...

A minor earthquake, magnitude 2.8 on the Richter scale, occurred north of Poplar Bluff, Missouri early Monday morning, March 31st.  The epicenter of the earthquake was about 8 miles east of Williamsville, MO, which is approximately 140 miles east southeast of Springfield, MO and 55 miles east northeast of West Plains, MO.  For more information on this earthquake, check out the USGS web site link below:
