Presently before the Court is "Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of Final Judgment as to the Federation of Physicians and Dentists and Lynda Odenkirk" ("Final Judgment") filed on February 27, 2008 (Dkt. Entry # 89). Defendants Federation of Physicians and Dentists and Lynda Odenkirk consent to the motion, as stated in the previously filed Stipulation (Dkt. Entry # 81). The Court, having considered the grounds therefor and determining that entry of this Final Judgment is in the public interest, ORDERS as follows:

(1) "Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of Final Judgment as to the Federation of Physicians and Dentists and Lynda Odenkirk" is hereby GRANTED.

(2) The undersigned, simultaneously with this Order, is SIGNING the Final Judgment.

(3) The Clerk is hereby DIRECTED to enter the Final Judgment as a final judgment under Fed.R.Civ.P. 54.
