This Matter, having come before the Court on the Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File a
Supplemental Memorandum in Support of Plaintiff's Opposition to Defendant's Motion to
Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, and
It Appearing, upon argument of counsel and for good cause shown, that the Motion
should be granted, it is hereby
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that
- Plaintiff is granted the right to file the Supplemental Memorandum in Opposition
to the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss attached to its Motion for Leave to File; and
- Defendant shall have ___ days from the date of service by Plaintiff of the
Supplemental Memorandum on Defendant to file a Supplemental Reply
addressing the matters raised in the Supplemental Memorandum.
