Before the court is the plaintiff's motion for leave to conduct discovery limited to the issue of personal jurisdiction and defendant's opposition thereto. Upon consideration of the motion, the opposition thereto, and the record of this case, the court concludes that the motion should be granted. Accordingly, it is the 12th day of May, 2003, hereby,
ORDERED, that the plaintiff is granted leave to conduct discovery limited to the issue of the court's personal jurisdiction over the defendant for 60 days from the date of this order.
