National School Transportation Congress Concludes

WARRENSBURG, Mo. (May 19, 2005) - The 14th National Congress on School Transportation (NCST) adjourned today following a number of significant actions by the 297 state delegates, who represented 47 states. There were also 63 interested parties in attendance. Delegates changed the name from "Conference" to "Congress" on the first day to more accurately reflect the nature of the proceedings.
