Sprint filed this petition pursuant to Section 1.3 of the Commission Rules. The Accounting Safeguards Division of the Federal Communications Commission will be considering this action. Interested parties may file comments on the petition on or before September 18, 1998, and reply comments on or before October 5, 1998, with the Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, 1919 M Street, N.W., Room 222, Washington, D.C. 20554. Comments and reply comments should reference ASD 98-77.
