The Office of Enterprise Management Services provides strategic and tactical IT management support for GSAs major IT investments, eGov activities, and IT policy directives. The office develops and coordinates the agencies E-Government and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) management processes, establishes (in conjunction with the Service and Staff Offices) and monitors performance goals for IT systems, and develop GSA IT policy directives.
