Sec. 10.12  Format, indexes, and ancillaries.

    (a) Each publication covers one calendar year, unless procedures 
require

otherwise, and is divided into books according to the amount of material 
to be included. The publication is published in the binding and style 
that the Administrative Committee of the Federal Register considers 
suitable to the dignity of the Office of the President of the United 
States.
    (b) Each publication is appropriately indexed and contains 
additional ancillary information and illustrative material respecting 
significant Presidential documents and activities.
