| Description: | This seminar is designed to present an overview of the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs and provide an understanding of the complexities managing for-profit small business grants programs. It will cover pre-award financial and management reviews, eligibility requirements for SBIR/STTR programs; associated Small Business Administration Policy Directives, Conflict of Interest, and file documentation. Case studies related to eligibility will be presented and discussed.
