Conference PlanningCourse Number: 1780 This course teaches students the new travel regulations on conference planning, allowing agencies to increase per diem and pay for light refreshments. Course discussion includes deciding where to hold meetings and conferences nationwide, obtaining proposals, estimating budget costs, using approved hotel accommodations, agency requirements for conferences, what's included in room rates, and the best times to hold conferences.
